Our hassle-free 14-Day Money Back Guarantee ensures that you will have the best possible shopping experience with Nestz
We are confident that you will be very satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you changed your mind, you can return your items to within 14 days from the date you receive them for most products. Simply notify us and we will organize courier to pickup from you. Please note that item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging to get a refund less freight charges in accordance with our refunds policies. There are items not covered by this policy and will be noted in the description page of the products. Note restocking fees applies to some items, please contact us for clarification.
Returning a Product to Nestz
Contact our friendly Customer Service Team at info@Nestz.com.au if you want to organize a return. We would really appreciate it if you will be able to email us with photographs showing the products still in its original packaging. One of our friendly Customer Service members will get back at you within 24 business hours to provide you with further details on how to return your items to us. Please note that all freight charges are not refundable.
To get refund of your item(s), the following conditions must be met:
- You notified Nestz and confirm return within 14 days upon receipt of your order.
- All product(s) are in unused condition and in its original packaging, photographs may be required.
- Please note that a fee may incur for re-stocking on some items.
- Nestz reserves the right NOT to offer any refund if the product(s) returned is used, damaged, incomplete or not in its original packaging. Any extra charges incur for re-delivery will incur.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your returns to be processed upon receipt on our warehouse. You also have an option to get a refund in the form of a store credit voucher via email in an amount equalling the price you paid for the product, less the freight charges incurred. For items purchased with Free Shipping offer, the original freight charges will incur, please contact us if you wish to find out the relevant freight charges.
The following item(s) are excluded on our Hassle-Free 14-Day Money Back Guarantee policy:
- Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
- Orders under $100
- Made to order products
- Pre-Order (ordering out of stock) products
- Personalised items
- For hygienic reasons, mattresses, bedding, quilt, blankets and pillows are non-returnable, items damaged on arrival will be compensated accordingly or replaced with new unit
You may cancel your order or part of your order, only before the order has been dispatched. We can offer store credits or full refund to your original payment method. Once items have been dispatched, you cannot cancel them. Please refer to our 14-Days Money Back Guarantee for further information of cancellation after order has been dispatched. In the scenario where the item is not covered by our 14-Days Money Back Guarantee Policy (will be noted on product page), order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.
Note that for cancellation on order placed via ZipPay and AfterPay, 5% processing fee will incur.
Our products typically come with 12-Months Factory warranty, otherwise stated in the product page. Warranties are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The warranty date starts from the date of receipt of delivery. If you wish to make a warranty claim, please provide clear photographs or videos showing the problem and contact us at info@Nestz.com.au as soon as possible, we will provide instructions to have it repaired.
The warranty policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper assembly or modification
- Damage, wear and tear cause by improper or lack of maintenance
- Damage to packaging only
- Minor variations, colour, grain or finish (no two furniture can be exactly the same)
- Minor or superficial imperfections
