I ordered this product and it was dispatched promptly. However, I messed up my address so the couriers got confused (entirely my mistake). Nestz were very helpful in organising to change the address and get it delivered as soon as possible. It arrived in good condition.

We bought hot air balloon mobile and have hung it from the ceiling in our atrium and it looks fantastic. Love the way it moves very slightly just like the balloons a floating around each other. We also bought individual hot air balloons to add to the look, so it looks like some a closer and others are further away. Every time we go in there we just loving looking at them, take you to another time and place.
